    Grazie a questa operazione, PayGlobe , controllata indirettamente da Dario Pardi tramite GUM Group SpA , espande il proprio business e i propri servizi nel settore dei pagamenti digitali. PayGlobe, azienda all’avanguardia nell’innovazione fintech e nel settore dei pagamenti controllata indirettamente da Dario Pardi tramite GUM Group SpA, comunica l’acquisizione del 60% di Moneynet , Istituto di Pagamento Ibrido con oltre 25 anni di esperienza nel mercato dei pagamenti elettronici, attualmente controllata al 75% circa dal gruppo IVS Group S.A. . L’operazione consente di creare una nuova realtà con un volume d’affari complessivo di circa 10 milioni di euro e segna un passo decisivo nella crescita di PayGlobe e nel consolidamento della sua posizione nel mercato delle soluzioni di pagamento omnicanale per aziende e istituti finanziari. Fondata nel 2017 all’interno del Gruppo Owl S.p.A. , holding di TAS Group , PayGlobe ha raggiunto una tappa cruciale nel suo percorso di crescita nel 2022 diventando parte di Gum Group SpA, sviluppando rapidamente una reputazione per le sue soluzioni di pagamento innovative e integrate per la gestione dei pagamenti in ogni contesto: online, mobile e nei punti vendita fisici. Con l’acquisizione di Moneynet, PayGlobe espande la propria offerta, integrando competenze e infrastrutture che permetteranno di offrire una soluzione unica per il mercato dei pagamenti in-store ed e-commerce, destinata a una clientela di piccole e medie imprese. Moneynet, che opera con licenze proprie in vari settori come acquiring, bollettini, servizi di pagamento e welfare aziendale, anche con importanti partner regionali, aggiunge una nuova dimensione all’offerta di PayGlobe. Con una base di circa 9.500 terminali POS e una clientela consolidata in tutta Italia, Moneynet ha sviluppato soluzioni specializzate per il mondo del vending, dei pagamenti elettronici e dei servizi di pagamento. Moneynet svolge inoltre l’attività di processing in relazione a ulteriori POS (oltre 4.500) installati sulla rete dei distributori automatici del gruppo IVS in Italia, Francia e Spagna. Il gruppo IVS manterrà una partecipazione di minoranza del 30% circa in Moneynet, contribuendo alla nuova fase di sviluppo aziendale promossa dal socio di controllo entrante e insieme ai restanti soci di minoranza. L’offerta combinata delle due aziende permetterà di proporre una piattaforma di pagamento multicanale, che integrerà acquiring, processing e una serie di servizi a valore aggiunto (buoni pasto, welfare, fatturazione elettronica, pagamento bollettini), con soluzioni per negozi, professionisti, commercianti, hotel e ristoranti che operano sia in modalità fisica che online. L’obiettivo è rispondere alle crescenti esigenze di piccole e medie imprese, proponendo un’offerta completa e personalizzata che si distingue per flessibilità, innovazione e tempi di risposta rapidi. Il perfezionamento dell’operazione è soggetto all’approvazione da parte della Banca d’Italia e all’esito positivo della notifica ai sensi della normativa “Golden Power”.
